Ongoing Maintenance

Achieving a distinctive web presence or publication is not a one-person job. In an ideal world, you should have a team that consists of writers, editors, content specialists, visual designers, and computer programmers. That's the ideal world — business reality is often far different.

If you're stuck with a limited staff, i-Imagery can provide the "extra pair of hands" you need to keep your website fresh and updated. Our retainer contracts can give you a number of hours per month at a reduced fee that can include:

• Consulting: technical support, assessments, and guidance via email and telephone, billable in 15-minute increments.
  
  
• Five minute freebies: if i-Imagery can answer the question within five minutes, the support is not billed. This allows for help on "quickie" questions.
  
  
• Website tasks:
  —design HTML pages, templates and "shell" pages for your websites
  —create web graphics and other elements as needed
  —post new content to your website from word processing, spreadsheet, or desktop publishing files
  —update information on your current web pages.
  
  
• Print publications and marketing tasks:
  —design new desktop publishing templates for your print publications
  —create custom graphics
  —provide back-up desktop publishing production
  —create monthly print ads
  
  
• Convenient billing: we bill monthly for only the actual time used. For example, if only eight hours are used rather than the full twelve hours allocated for that month, you will be billed only eight hours.
  
  
• Discount fee: our retainer contracts set a discounted fee rate for the life of the contract.
